Is My Country Available?
During the upgrade process, you'll see a list of currently available countries. Availability changes as we restock accounts, so the selection may vary from week to week.
What If My Country Isn't Available?
If your preferred country is currently out of stock, you have two options:
Option 1: Wait for Restock
We add new accounts weekly. Check back in a few days, or reach out to support to ask when your country will be restocked. Popular countries are typically replenished frequently.
Option 2: Choose a Different Country (Recommended)
You can select an account from any available country, regardless of where you're located. Most users won't notice any difference in their experience.
ℹ️ Good to Know: Choosing a different country may result in very minor variations in the music catalog (some regional artists or podcasts), but 99% of content is the same worldwide. Spotify's core library is global.
Does Country Selection Affect My Location?
No. The country you select is only for the account registration, not your physical location. You can use Spotify Premium from anywhere in the world, regardless of which country account you choose.
Can I Change Countries Later?
Spotify allows you to change your account country at any time through your account settings if you need to. However, most users never need to do this.
